How quickly do you ship?
All items will be dispatched within two business days unless otherwise stated on the listing.
We do ship daily, so chances are it will be on its way to you the very next day!
How do you ship?
I have recently moved to Spain and all shipping will be done via 'Correos', the Spanish postal service, for both national and international orders. Standard postage with no tracking number, but proof of posting will be available.
Shipping is neither registered nor insured.
If you want your order to be sent registered, please talk to us and together we will make it so!
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, shipping is combined. All items after the first one will be a fraction extra per item. Etsy will make all the calculations automatically on your shopping basket!
What if I am not happy with the order when I receive it?
It is really important to me that you are happy with your item and I will work with you to solve any possible problems.
Please contact me immediately if you have any issues and I promise I will do my very best to resolve them with you.
If the item arrives damaged to you, please take a picture and send it to me, I will then replace your item at no extra cost to you!
How long it will take to receive the order?
Currently and typically posting from Spain is taking:
to US mainland destinations: 5-7 business days
to Europe destinations: 3-5 business days
